Idle	5100	This is the initial agent session state when it is manually create by the agent.
Preview	5101	This is the initial agent session state of a preview session delivered to the agent.
Connecting	5102	The agent session has an interaction that is not connected yet.
Working	5103	The agent session has at least one interaction connected. "
Wrapup	5104	The last interaction was removed from the agent session and the associated service wrapup started.
